Street Milking

The historic is the only place in guatema awhere you can see the goats being milked in front of your door, fresh milk every day, it is incredible to observe how good they behave in the traffic, better than many humans.

They enter the ruins as tourist but you know they are the spiritual owners, unfortunately they have to pray in a corner because the government does not allow the use of the ancient stones as altars.

I meet this family on their way to the ceremonial spot in Iximche, the women in the middle is the Mayan priest who will direct the ceremony dedicated to thanks the nature and God, they let me take this picture gladly.
